  1. But you CAN lose yourself in nartue just let go of the past and the future. Whenever you watch the sunset, you donb4t have any problems. Those only exist in your mind at that point, worrying about what is to come and regretting what has occured.Right now youb4re at your computer you have no problems whatsoever. Just you and the screen. If you decided to go out for a walk now and look at the stars you wouldnb4t have any problems. Just you and the night sky. Thatb4s all. Life wouldnb4t be bad, it wouldnb4t be depressing. It would just be stars. Donb4t let it become something else thatb4s when the problems come in. Thatb4s when your thoughts intrude and you start worrying about things that donb4t exist in the present moment and regretting things that are long gone.

  2. Really interesting read Renee, tahkns. I’m always trying to evolve with my eating habits and move towards more clean eating. In the last year it’s already been quite a change in what I eat, trying to get my family there to but with them it’s more baby steps I love alfalfa in my salads, didn’t realize there were tablets too. Hmm may have to consider although it might be easier for me to just remember to get the sprouts throw it on a salad or in my sandwiches which I used to love but haven’t been doing. Hmmm Thanks again for this great information.
