It seems that everyone who is naming spa trends are no longer running spas. Have “those that name trends” taken over the voice of “those of us still in operations?” And when was the last time we as Spa Directors actually spoke to our guests for feedback? Has we become all P&L and Marketing/gimmicks? Food for thought.
I have been asked by over 10 journalist, this month, to name the 2012 Spa Trend. And so here it goes shared with the world for free!
Simple and Plain. Customize treatments. Listen to the guest and mix that with the therapists knowledge, and ahhh….you get what you need. For those of us operating, I know that it is difficult.
