New Year Resolution. Start NOW

Is it to early to start thinking about a New Year Resolution?  I say that it is never to soon to re-invent Self.  To start this process I would like to invite you to listen to a song that has really made transformation in my life. Feelin Good by Nina Simone. This not only sets the stage for me on a daily basis but will become the forefront of all of my thoughts for the new year.  After facing a somewhat difficult birthday celebration: my baby having a fever, and my friends not really even reaching out, I realized AGAIN, that Feelin Good, is really my responsibility.  And After listening to this song, I was able to see the gifts that I had in front of me!

Another good way to get that resolution started is to use the wonders of the White Angelica blend.  Try it out. Self-Realization and Feelin Good is on the way!

White Angelica™ Ingredients:

I have also attached the words:

Birds flying high you know how I feel
Sun in the sky you know how I feel
Breeze driftin’ on by you know how I feel

It’s a new dawn
It’s a new day
It’s a new life
For me
And I’m feeling good

Fish in the sea you know how I feel
River running free you know how I feel
Blossom on the tree you know how I feel

Dragonfly out in the sun you know what I mean, don’t you know
Butterflies all havin’ fun you know what I mean
Sleep in peace when day is done
That’s what I mean

And this old world is a new world
And a bold world
For me

Stars when you shine you know how I feel
Scent of the pine you know how I feel
Oh freedom is mine
And I know how I feel

    1. Use it on pulse points: Temples, wrists, bottom of feet. Add a few drops to your bath. I keep it in purse and pull it out every few hours and apply. I also have a water bottle that I add a few drops to and spritz when I am working next to computers (which are extremly dehydrating!)
