Apple Cider Vinegar-Miracle Exilir

Apple Cider Vinegar- Promoting Weight Loss is just one of it’s major reasons to love it!

In ancient Egypt, Queen Cleopatra used to drink a glass of apple cider vinegar diluted with water after each meal. She believed it was one of the main tools for her preserving beauty and health.  How to do this?  Take 2 teaspoons in water before each meal.
Helps build the immunity-Miracle Elixir
Apple Cider Vinegar is considered a real miracle elixir that wards illness, by balancing the bodies pH levels, so that it reaches the perfect alkaline state.  You don’t need expensive water filters to make this happen (although they are important to!)  Colds and viruses need an acid body to rest their heads and rear up your runny noses. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties and is rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
For Beauty purposes it really does alleviate skin problems
Topically it is astringent for acne prone skin,   This can also help relieve joint pain as well as skin conditions like eczema.  Please note that without removing fried foods and food that irritate your digestion, this will not work. Dandruff is also caused by unbalanced pH levels, so by using Apple Cider Vinegar topically it will help to leave your hair soft and will cure dandruff.  Dilute 1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar in 4 cups of water and pour over your hair after shampooing. Leave it in for a few seconds before rinse your hair using cool water.
Buy an apple cider vinegar that is unfiltered.  Bragg’s is my all time favorite and would not use anything else.
