In 1985 a book called The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth written by Peter Kelder was publishedan exercise program for staying young.

The Five Tibetan Rites allow the body to stya young, sleep soundly, relief from problems with joints, pain, arthritis. It also aids in weight loss,  and greatly improves physical strength, and endurance.  Visit this great blog for more information.
