Monday’s Movement

Start the week something that moves you.

Our bodies produce 1500 biochemical reactions during the day.  These reactions create the movement in our bodies and allow us to run. The build up of waste products that are not moved through the system can reduce brain function and positive flow.

I spoke with a great friend of mine this morning and it was through his words that I was moved.  Movement can come in the shape of a mental breakthrough, letting go of a behavior pattern, or a physical movement. Start today!  Below are a few suggestions for beginning:

For help eliminating a behavior pattern use Patchouli Essential Oil

Patchouli oil is extracted from Pogostemon cablin (also known as Pogostemon patchouli) of the Labiatae family and is also known as patchouly and puchaput.

Patchouli can have a grounding and balancing effect on the emotions while ridding lethargy, it can sharpen intelligence, as well as fight depression and anxiety. One can say Patchouli creates an amorous atmosphere.

      In the USA I would suggest Young Living Essential Oils. For the UK, there is a great company called NHR Oils, they are fab!
      I have been out of the USA for so long not sure what Whole Foods are selling now?!
