Start the week something that moves you.
Our bodies produce 1500 biochemical reactions during the day. These reactions create the movement in our bodies and allow us to run. The build up of waste products that are not moved through the system can reduce brain function and positive flow.
I spoke with a great friend of mine this morning and it was through his words that I was moved. Movement can come in the shape of a mental breakthrough, letting go of a behavior pattern, or a physical movement. Start today! Below are a few suggestions for beginning:
